Multi-Angle Classroom Pedagogy: Every Child Owns the Concept
1. Overview & Definition
A family of repeatable, high-engagement classroom methods designed to bring active pedagogy into every period, every day. Moves teachers away from passive lecturing into dynamic learning facilitation.
2. Conceptualization & Leadership
Conceived and designed by Dr. J. Arawindhan since 2000; codified, tested, and scaled across campuses through the ACHARIYA Centre of Excellence (CoE) and faculty development academies.
3 & 4. Operational Mechanics & Core Principles
- Link & Story: The mandatory Jolly Box builds an emotional hook before textbook content arrives.
- Power Teaching: Skim, scan, a flipping song with physical actions, and a whistle recall cue.
- Sequence Boards: Per concept for nouns, verbs, story arc, and grammar tenses.
- Crazy Professor Reading: A single passage delivered 5 ways (silent, loud, action, emotional, paraphrase) targeting 10x reading speed improvements.
- XYZ Method: X for left-brain flowcharts, Y for evaluation, and Z for mid-brain parallel processing (hula-hoop or dribbling while reciting), delivered with Six Thinking Hats.
5. Implementation & Target Learners
Implemented across 101 ACHARIYA-affiliated schools, 18 higher education colleges, and 9 Heguru centres, catering to age groups spanning toddlerhood (6 months) through Grade 12.
6. Documented Evidence & Reach

- Reading and Line Grids issued to every enrolled learner.
- VARK (Visual, Auditory, Read/Write, Kinesthetic) Power Teaching institutionalized.
